RICHARD FILCE
Richard Filce is admitted to practice law in Mississippi. He has received the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV Preeminent from his peers. Richard graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School in 1996. While at Tulane, Richard served as Managing Editor of the Sports Lawyers Journal and was named a member of the Order of the Coif. In addition, he earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
